When God Created Mothers

When God created Mothers, there was so much to do;
She must have love and beauty, just to name a few.
Her children would be her joy in life, in most important ways;
She would spend her time caring for them most all her living days.
She would be there to protect them from the hurts and pains of living;
And when they were grown and on their own, she would always be forgiving.
She'd be happy for them when their lives were good,
And help them during the problem times, the very best she could.
So you see, when God created mothers, He gave it a lot of thought.,
And gave them to this world of ours with all the blessings He sought.
So cherish your Mother while she is here, 'cause time is short, it would appear,
Time will come and time will go, you'll have but one Mother, so do let her know,
That you will always cherish her so.
